LACTATION SUPPORT AT CITY COLLEGE
In recognition of the well-documented health advantages of breastfeeding for both
infants and mothers, San Diego City College provides a clean, secure, supportive environment
to enable breastfeeding students and employees to express their milk during school/work
hours.
San Diego City College supports breastfeeding mothers by providing two campus locations with private, comfortable rooms for them to nurse, or express milk for their babies. Neither a pump nor refrigerator is provided. Mothers are responsible for transportation and proper storage of milk, and for bringing their own equipment, storage containers and cooler.
