San Diego City College (SDCC) provides technology resources, such as computing and networking (wired and wireless), to the community. It is the user's responsibility to properly use and protect those information technology resources, as well as comply with all college and district policies, state and federal laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

INFORMATION SECURITY PROGRAM
The goal of the SDCC information security program is to contribute to the defense of our national information infrastructure by promoting higher education and research in cyber defense and analysis through a robust curricular program - producing professionals with cyber defense expertise.
This program helps students to proactively increase their understanding of cyber defense technology, analytics, policy, and practices to work collaboratively for the purpose of enabling our Nation to effectively prevent and respond to catastrophic cyber events. This program contributes significantly to the advancement of state-of-the-art cybersecurity knowledge and practices.
